About this site
Is this the Saratoga or ADG website?
No. Saratoga by BrandedItems is run by BrandedItems, Inc., an authorized Saratoga distributor in Tustin, California. Saratoga is a brand of ADG Promotional Products; we sell Saratoga products to businesses and organizations, decorated with their logo.
I am a promotional products distributor. Can I order at net pricing here?
No. We sell to end customers such as companies, schools, hospitals and nonprofits. Distributors should order from ADG directly.
Can I buy a single pen, a refill or a replacement lid?
No. We only sell new decorated products in quantity and do not stock refills, lids or other parts.
Minimums and pricing
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product: most laser engraved pens start at 100 pieces and screen printed pens at 250, drinkware at 20 to 50, journals at 25 or 50, and gift sets at 12 to 25. Each product page shows its minimum as the first row of the price table. In addition, orders from new non-corporate customers have a $1,000 order minimum.
Does the price include my logo?
Yes. Every price on this site includes your logo in one location, in the decoration shown on the product page.
Are there other charges?
There is no separate setup charge. The maker adds a one-time order charge of $28, and a second imprint location is charged per piece, listed on each product page. Shipping is quoted with your order.
Decoration, proofs and production
What is the difference between laser engraving, screen printing and full color?
Laser engraving cuts the logo into metal or powder coat, so it shows in one metallic tone and does not wear off. Screen printing applies ink in one or a few spot colors. Full color prints the logo as is, including gradients and photos, at the same price as one color.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg or a vector .pdf) works best. If you only have a .png or .jpg, send it anyway and our art team will prepare it.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof showing your logo on the exact item and color. Production starts only after you approve it.
How long does production take?
About three business days for laser engraved metal pens, five to seven for journals and about ten for most drinkware, bags and printed pens, counted from proof approval. Each product page lists its own time. Shipping from Amsterdam, New York is added on top.
Ordering, payment and shipping
How do I place an order?
Request a quote from any product page or call 800-827-2630. Your account manager confirms stock (within one business day), pricing and the proof by email, then sends a payment link or invoice.
How can I pay?
By credit card, invoice, purchase order, check or wire. First orders are paid in advance; net terms are set per client after that.
Can you ship outside the United States?
International shipping, for example to Canada, can be arranged. Send the destination with your quote request and we will quote freight and delivery time.
We ordered before. Do you still have our logo?
Yes, we keep artwork from past orders. Mention the earlier order in your quote request and we will reuse it.
What are your business hours?
Our team works continental US hours, 6 am to 5 pm Pacific time. Quote requests sent after hours are answered the next business day.
